The use of Hetzner is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. We have a legitimate interest in the most reliable possible presentation of our website. A data processing agreement (DPA) pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR has been concluded with the provider.

Recipients of personal data

Cookies

This website does not use tracking or analytics cookies. Any strictly necessary, technically required storage serves solely the functionality and security of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Contact form / enquiry form

If you send us enquiries via the form, your details from the enquiry form, including the contact data you provide there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in case of follow-up questions. The form data is transmitted to and processed on our own server (Hetzner, Germany); it is not passed on to third parties without your consent. The processing of this data is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry is related to the performance of a contract or is necessary for pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, processing is based on our legitimate interest in the effective handling of enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) or on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) where this has been requested.

Enquiry by e-mail, telephone or fax

If you contact us by e-mail, telephone or fax, your enquiry, including all resulting personal data (name, enquiry), will be stored and processed by us for the purpose of handling your request. The legal bases correspond to those stated for the contact form.

5. Plugins and tools

Google Fonts (local hosting)

This site uses so-called Google Fonts, provided by Google, for the uniform display of fonts. The fonts are installed locally on our server. A connection to Google's servers does not take place. No data is transferred to Google.
